Amy is a leadership coach, inspirational speaker, and facilitator for leaders and their teams. She partners with mission-driven founders and companies, helping them build emotionally intelligent and high performing teams and cultures.

Using a research-backed, heart-led approach, she's helped transform ideas into companies, founders into CEOs, rife cofounder relationships into aligned partnerships, and fragmented groups into trusting teams.

As a speaker, Amy has spoken on international stages, universities, and conferences including Google, NBC Universal, Yale, Cambridge, Startup Grind. As a first generation Chinese-American immigrant, she is a passionate advocate for women, immigrants, and BIPOC communities.

Amy's magic is sourced from her mindfulness and spiritual practice, and her direct experience with her own liberation. She is an intrepid explorer of human psychology, a relentless learner, and a compassionate instrument of mass empowerment.

Amy's mantra is: serve from essence. Her life's mission is to walk the path of liberation so that all beings might also be free.

She is a certified yoga teacher, a croissant enthusiast, and has traveled to 47 countries.

B A C K G R O U N D

Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Led by her lifelong love of food, she became the youngest member of the OpenTable Sales team, where she won every sales award and helped build the company's revenue towards its 2009 IPO. Shortly afterwards, Amy made her first foray as an entrepreneur. While working full time, she co-founded MEI New York, a fashion startup which was featured in Women's Wear Daily, Nylon Magazine, Daily Candy, and picked up by Gilt and Shopbop.

Simultaneously, she was recruited by Google, where she spent 6 years building and launching first-of-kind businesses, including Google Offers and Google Pay. In her last role at Google, Amy led business development and partnerships in EMEA, launching Google Pay into 6 countries in under 2 years, growing a team 5x.
