A B O U T

Amy is a leadership coach for founders. She uses mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience to help founders unlock their superpowers and lead consciously.

 

A passionate advocate for women, she is the co-creator and co-host of Straighten Your Crown, a podcast for female founders who want to take over the world. 

Amy's mantra is:  lead with heart.

 

Her purpose is to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her. Coaching allows her to give her gifts. She serves mission-driven founders who care as much about serving their communities as they do building great, lasting companies and cultivating teams. 

Her mission is to reduce human suffering.

B A C K G R O U N D

Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Led by her lifelong love of food, she became the youngest member of the OpenTable Sales team, where she won every sales award and helped build the company's revenue towards its 2009 IPO. Shortly afterwards, Amy made her first foray as an entrepreneur. While working full time, she co-founded MEI New York, a fashion startup which was featured in Women's Wear Daily, Nylon Magazine, Daily Candy, and picked up by Gilt and Shopbop. 

Simultaneously, she was recruited by Google, where she spent 6 years building and launching first-of-kind businesses, including Google Offers and Google Pay. In her last role at Google, Amy led business development and partnerships in EMEA, launching Google Pay into 6 countries in under 2 years, growing a team 5x.

Amy gives back by donating coaching and workshops to non-profits that support women, education, and entrepreneurship.

Amy is an insatiable learner, an avid meditator, and a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher. She's completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat, and various other contemplative programs such as Search Inside Yourself and Date with Destiny. Ever curious, she also holds a Competent Crew certification from the Royal Yachting Association. Amy has traveled to 46 countries, and lived in some of the world's best cities: London, Rome, San Francisco, Bali, Chengdu. She currently resides in New York City.
